Returns & Exchanges
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been damaged by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Please include receipt or order number of the purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at futuremarsarmy@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to: Future Mars Army - PO BOX 1034 Twin Peaks CA. 92391. Please include the order number.
We do not provide return shipping labels unless your order was incorrect and then of course we’ll take care of it and cover shipping cost. Please contact us for further information on returning if you received an incorrect order.

We recommend all shipments sent back to us are done so via a traceable carrier such as USPS. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier without a tracking number.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. Then you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at futuremarsarmy@gmail.com.
